Returns & Refunds
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Any request must be sent by email to: contact@laurakiona.com.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be accepted, returned products must be:
- new and unused,
- in original packaging,
- complete and clean,
- unopened when sealed for hygiene reasons.
Any product that is opened, damaged, incomplete, or used may be refused.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Customers must follow these steps:
- log in to their customer account on the website,
- go to their order history,
- select the relevant order,
- submit a return request stating the product and the reason.
A confirmation email is sent after the request is registered.
After approval by customer service, return instructions (address, conditions) will be sent by email.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.
The return is carried out under the customer’s responsibility until the parcel is received.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons:
- perfumes,
- cosmetics,
- sprays,
- opened care products.
Gift cards and personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
REFUNDS
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days.
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a seller error.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER ERROR
In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, customers must contact customer service and provide supporting photos.
A solution will be offered: replacement or refund.
