Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “TCS”) govern the contractual relationship between STOCK OUT LLC and any customer making a purchase on the website www.laurakiona.com. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.

ARTICLE 2 PURPOSE
The purpose of these TCS is to define the conditions under which the Products are sold by STOCK OUT LLC to Customers via the website www.laurakiona.com.
Any order placed on the Site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these TCS by the Customer.
ARTICLE 3 PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and do not engage the Seller’s liability.
ARTICLE 4 PRICE, VAT AND TAXES
Product prices are indicated in euros (€). Depending on the delivery country and applicable regulations, prices may be displayed including taxes (VAT included) or excluding taxes. The total amount due is specified before final confirmation of the order.
VAT and, where applicable, other indirect taxes are charged when required by the legislation of the delivery country. In other cases, customs duties, local taxes or VAT may be charged directly to the Customer by authorities or the carrier.
These additional costs are not the Seller’s responsibility and remain entirely payable by the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inquire with the relevant authorities before placing an order.
ARTICLE 5 ORDER
The Customer selects the Products they wish to purchase, then validates the cart. Before final validation, they can check the order details and correct any errors.
The Customer’s order validation constitutes acceptance of the prices, these TCS, and the essential characteristics of the Products. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or fraudulent order, or in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer.
ARTICLE 6 PAYMENT
Payment is required immediately upon ordering.

The order is prepared and shipped only after payment has been effectively confirmed. If payment is refused by the banking institution, the order is automatically cancelled.
ARTICLE 7 ORDER PREPARATION
After payment validation, the order enters the preparation phase.
Preparation includes checking the Products, packaging them and handing them over to the carrier.
The preparation time is generally between 12 and 24 hours from the order confirmation.
During busy periods, in case of temporary unavailability or logistical incidents, this timeframe may be extended.
Order preparation is a separate timeframe from the delivery time, which depends exclusively on the carrier and the destination country.
No delivery time can be calculated until the order has been handed over to the carrier.
ARTICLE 8 DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. Delivery times are given for information purposes and may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, and logistical conditions.
If the delivery delay exceeds thirty (30) days from the order date, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and a refund.
Transport-related risks are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the Products.
ARTICLE 9 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable European Union consumer law, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
After receiving and inspecting the returned Products, the Seller refunds the Customer within a maximum of 3 days.
ARTICLE 10 RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of STOCK OUT LLC until full payment of the price by the Customer.
ARTICLE 11 LEGAL GUARANTEES
For purchases made within the European Union, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with French Consumer Code and Civil Code.
Any request regarding these guarantees must be addressed to the Seller’s customer service.
ARTICLE 12 LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Products by the Customer.
The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure as defined by applicable law and jurisprudence.
ARTICLE 13 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements reproduced or used on the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from the Seller.
ARTICLE 14 PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Personal data collected on the Site is used for order management, customer relations, and legal compliance.
The data controller is STOCK OUT LLC. Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, including to the United States, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

ARTICLE 16 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For Customers residing in the European Union, these TCS are subject to the consumer law applicable in their country of residence, in accordance with European consumer protection rules.
In case of dispute, the Customer may refer the matter to the court of their place of residence or any other competent jurisdiction as provided by applicable regulations.
For Customers residing outside the European Union, these TCS are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that State.
