PREPARATION TIMES

Any order that has been confirmed and paid is handled by our teams for preparation.

Orders received before 10 a.m. (local time) are generally prepared the same day, subject to product availability and normal logistical conditions.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. may be prepared the next business day.

ORDER PROCESSING

Preparation includes:

• product verification,
• secure packaging,
• labeling,
• handover for shipment.

During peak periods (promotions, holidays, launches), additional time may be required.

PREPARATION VS. DELIVERY

The preparation time is separate from the delivery time.

The delivery timeframe starts only once the package is handed over to the carrier.

No delivery time can be calculated until the order has been shipped.

SPECIFIC CASES

In certain situations (out-of-stock items, complex orders, exceptional volumes, logistical incidents), additional time may apply.

The customer will be informed if the preparation time exceeds the usual timeframe.
