Order Tracking

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once payment is validated, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing a summary of the order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once the order is confirmed, it enters the preparation phase.

An email is sent to the customer when the order is handed over for shipment.

SHIPPING & TRACKING NUMBER

At the time of shipment, the customer receives an email with:

  • shipment confirmation,
  • the carrier’s name,
  • a tracking number,
  • a link to the carrier’s website to track the parcel.

PARCEL TRACKING

Using the link provided by email, the customer can check the different delivery stages:

  • parcel picked up by the carrier,
  • in-transit status,
  • estimated delivery date,
  • delivery confirmation.

Once the parcel has been shipped, tracking is handled by the carrier until delivery.

IF NO TRACKING EMAIL IS RECEIVED

If the customer does not receive the email containing the tracking number, they are invited to:

  • check their spam or junk folder,
  • or contact customer service to obtain their tracking link.
